NEW !!! Cycle of conferences on EU and Security :
"Europe and Security : The European Commission Actions".
The target of this cycle of conferences is to introduce for the 4 key EC General Directorates, on a half day programme session with a lunch, their policy, action programmes and coming tenders or calls in order, for all Homeland Security actors, and especially to SME and SMI, to be aware of the policy and of those opportunities in due time.

Public Health security and preparedness
Recognizing the threat posed by infectious, communicable disease or bioterrorism attack and the potential for gaps in preparedness, the European Homeland Security Association is launching a cycle of five conferences dedicated to national and international experts, high level decision-makers to discuss the appropriate prevention, preparedness, containment and response mechanisms vitally needed to address this critical issue.
EHSA will host these conferences in Brussels from 2007 to 2008. Each session is designed to include a scenario-based programme.
First conference has been held on 3rd May 2007 on Strategic stockpiling: a framework for containment and response associated with a scenario on a smallpox release
